Before we start, we confirm the page count, deliverable, deadline, and price with you in writing. A new firm's first order is paid before we deliver the final file; after that, invoices are due within 15 days. One free round of revisions within 7 days is included.

Files are encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and stored in a private Google Drive folder accessible only to Healix Support. We handle all records with strict confidentiality.
